He is qualified in Industrial and Systems Engineer graduated from the UDEM and has been a professor for the same institution. Top Management Degree Program (AD2),  IPADE Business School Mexico.

He is a specialist in selection, compensation, organizational development and payrroll. His principal focus is centered upon diagnosing areas of Human Resources opportunity focusing it on the model of the business.

Gerardo has received training from various institutes on topics related to selection, compensation and administration of Human Resources.

In addition he has more than 13 years professional experience, having worked in positions directing Human Resources in diverse organization such as: Editora El Sol (media group that publishes the newspapers El Norte, Reforma), Infosel and Terra Networks México.

Currently Partner – General Director of Creo Services and advisor in some companies on topics of Human Resources.
