Ana Flores has a bachelor’s degree in International Business Managment by the Universidad Anáhuac.

She has acquired different certifications in depth competency’s interviews technique and in different evaluating tools for executives specialized in commercial areas.

As a recruitment consultant, Ana Flores had managed and developed successfully the search and selection process of top management positions for national and international companies; mainly for the commercial area for different industries.

Her primary experience in search and selection is in transnational search firms such as Transearch and Manpower Professional. As a commercial consultant Ana started her professional career at ACCO BRANDS, being responsible for Central America key accounts.

During her professional career Ana has developed many important search and selection projects for industries such as mining, pharmaceutical and consumer goods.

Actually she is in charge of the Mexico DF office as a Senior Client Partner.
