She possesses a degree in Communication Sciences from the UANL, as well as a masters in Industrial Relations from the UR.

She has been a professor at the ITESM, UANL and the UR, and has imparted specialized Course in insurance at the IMESFAC.

María Antonieta has received training from varied institutions on topics rangin from: services culture, organizational communication, instructor trainnig, human side, analysis of pshichometric processes and evaluations.

She has more than 25 years of professional experience in the area of Human Resources, training, human and organizational development, coaching, recruitment and selection of personnel having worked in management positions in diverse businesses such as Selecorp, AIG México, Seguros La Comercial, independent consultant in insurance companies, banking and goverment sectors.
